Story:
Reina started to go bad.
She was put into a machine that extracts the evil as another living being.
This created Reina Zakahashi (Z-type)
When Reina T's lil bro Rei heard about this, he panicked and went through the extraction before anything bad happened.
The only problem was - the evil in him wasn't fully complete.
Therefore, "Kinzoku Zakahashi", the living form of Rei's bad intentions, wasn't completed.

He was missing half his right arm, his whole left leg, and he was blind and deaf on the right side of his head. This was fixed by him being made into a cyborg.
